Terms and Conditions for Weekly Payment Plan

By signing up for this payment plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the term for the provision of website design services under a weekly payment plan. By signing up for this payment plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Payment Structure

2.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total project cost is required to initiate the project. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the website.

2.2 Weekly Payments: You agree to make weekly payments of $50. Payments will be automatically deducted from your designated payment method.

2.3 Automatic Payment Setup: You are required to set up automatic payments through our secure payment system. This ensures timely payments and continuity of service.

3. Payment Schedule

3.1 Payments will commence on the agreed start date and continue weekly until the total project cost is paid in full.

3.2 You will receive a payment schedule outlining the total number of payments and the expected completion date of the payment plan.

4. Late Payments

4.1 If a payment is not successfully processed on the due date, you will be notified immediately. A grace period of 5 business days will be provided to rectify the payment.

4.2 Failure to make a payment within the grace period may result in a suspension of services until the account is brought up to date.

5. Cancellation and Early Settlement 

5.1 You may cancel the payment agreement at any time by settling the outstanding balance in full.

5.2 In the event of cancellation, you will be responsible for any outstanding balance for work completed up to the cancellation date.

6. Modifications to the Agreement

6.We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Terms and Conditions – October 2024 Super Deal

Subject to these Terms, for the first 10 new website design clients that, you will receive the applicable reward listed below.

1. Website Design needs to be confirmed during October 2024 ( including 50% deposit )

2. Excludes E-commerce websites

3. After 12 months, monthly hosting of $24-90 will apply

4. After 12 months, annual domain renewal of $60-00 will apply

5. Website content to be supplied by client

Terms and Conditions – Referral Program

Referral Requirements
Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable reward listed below.

1. The referral must be a new client who has not previously engaged with our services.

2. The referral must mention your name during their initial contact with us or have submitted an enquiry via your custom website referral form, ensuring that we can track and attribute the referral to you.

3. The referral must successfully complete a job with us, meeting all payment obligations.

4. The referral reward will be determined based on 20% of the total value of the completed job by the referred client, with a maximum reward amount of $2000.

5. The referral reward will be provided in two payments. The first payment of 10% will be issued when the new client pays their deposit, and the second payment will be issued upon completion of the project and the client’s final payment, both within 30 days.

6. There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit, or eligible Rewards Payouts for Qualified Referrals an individual can receive, while the Program is effective.
